4. Orders & Shipping
- Once an order is placed, a confirmation email containing order details will be sent.
- Shipping times and costs vary based on location and delivery method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Product Eligibility
Returnable & Refundable Items
Plain (non-customized) prayer mats
Accessories such as electronic counters and similar items
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Customized prayer mats (including engraving, color customization, or special preparation)
Wearable items, including women’s prayer dresses
Any personalized or made-to-order products
5.2 Return Conditions (Eligible Items Only)
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in original or similar hygienic condition
All original packaging must be intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
5.3 Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.5.4 Return Shipping Responsibility
If the item has no manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If a verified manufacturing defect is present, Serenity Mats will cover return shipping and arrange collection or replacement.
5.5 Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photo or video evidence is required for evaluation.
Approved manufacturing defects qualify for replacement only; refunds are not issued for defective items.
Serenity Mats covers shipping costs for approved defective replacements.
5.6 Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
5.7 Delayed Delivery
If delivery exceeds ten (10) working days beyond the promised delivery date, the customer may:
Request a full refund, or
Choose to proceed with delivery.
5.8 Exchanges
Exchanges are not permitted for customized or wearable items.
Exchanges for plain prayer mats or accessories follow the same rules and conditions as returns.
5.9 Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, no cancellations are permitted, including for customized products, plain mats, accessories, or wearable items.
6. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to cancel promotions or reject misuse of discount codes at our discretion.
